L’Illa & Co. was created by INDICESA L’Illa as a FLEX space designed in one of the prime areas of Barcelona, L’Illa Diagonal in Barcelona, where it occupies 1,100m2.
Savills Aguirre Newman Arquitecura has been selected to develop the FIT OUT and the execution of this project, within the Savills FLEX services offered by the company.
Biophilic design with a vocation for relaxed and comfortable environment. Natural trends (stone colors, earth, etc.) combined with wood and textiles paying attention to every detail in the design of the elements.
Space configured in different spaces for private use that allow different configurations and needs for users.
Curved elements that provide not only visual smoothness in the Serie_Trebe partition’s encounters but also acoustic quality. Transparency allows to have a space permeable to natural light.
It has been a key element to give the offices a more careful and non-invasive appearance by using the GROOVE MAKER profile in the sliding door of the office and the area of the agora, spaces designed for meeting and collaboration points within the same space.
ST-415 Framed single glass doors were included on the phone booths, in order to have the necessary privacy and isolation.
Transit areas, meeting areas and informal collaborative meeting areas were designed without prior management for the use of the space. This allows to increase improvisation on the FLEX space.
A meticulous design based on shades close to nature (biophilia) with plants suspended from the ceiling, earth colors and textiles lead the user to a space of integrated comfort and functionality.
The transparency of its spaces through its enclosures allows maximum use of natural light in its spaces.
Common spaces designed to offer versatility in different collaborative works, technology that facilitates mobility within the FLEX space together with the provision of state-of-the-art audiovisuals allow users to find the ideal solutions for their activity.
