These offices located in the LOS CUBOS building, which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment designed and managed by the CUSHMAN & Wakefield team, have been awarded LEED GOLD sustainability certification.
The relocation to LOS CUBOS demonstrates the desire of leading companies to occupy sustainable office space that encourages their staff to integrate and collaborate. Modern companies increasingly value the well-being of their employees and the efficiency of their workspace.
The different enclosures of the partition have been designed so that the corners have curved shapes without edges, making the transitions between the different departments as fluid as possible. The white lacquered profiles of the ST-100 single-glazed glass system and the ST-415 single-glazed glass door have been integrated with the different blind sections of plasterboard.
The use of vinyls on the glass in the offices has provided sufficient privacy without sacrificing natural light.
Different Phone Booths, distributed throughout the installation, allow workers the degree of privacy in their conversations they need inside the office.
